A proper and upstanding police woman would have warned or arrested the man in the beginning of the conversation. It is her job to enforce the law and protect the public, not bait some moron into committing a larger crime than he already guilty of committing. If I were in charge she would be suspended or give a written reprimand. It is the small abuses of power which grow into serious mismanagement of the public trust over the years. Action needs to be taken by superiors upfront in order to keep a good cop …..a good cop !
